On Saturday the 21st we invited the Grants to a picnic/family day/Earth Day thing. We got the email from Josh's work, but it didn't turn out to be at all what we thought. Haha. It was made for older kids... but we still had fun being together.

Keegan and Abby pretty much did the same thing at the picnic & the zoo

but they sure were cute doing it :)

On Wednesday the 25th we joined the Grants on a trip to the Philadelphia Zoo. I think everyone enjoyed it much more this time than last time we went. It was much chillier in November, less animals were out... oh and Jamie and I were quite pregnant. So it was a better trip all around :)

Logan wanted to touch the animals,

Phillies Boys

2 months old!

Keegan Chase is 2 months old! And he's definitely grown! At his well visit he weighed 12 lbs 7 oz (75th percentile) and is 23.5 inches long (60th percentile). His head, in true Dear fashion, is in the 90th percentile!! We grow 'em with big brains in this house! :)

Keegan is turning into such a sweet baby. Especially now that we've figured out his tummy troubles. He is a very smiley baby and loves to snuggle. He has his moments (quite frequently) when he is just uncomfortable and he has no problem letting you know. When someone asks me what's wrong when he's screaming (not crying, it sounds like he's screaming), I've learned to say - oh that's just Keegan. And we love him! Haha I'm no longer nursing Keeg. His doctor gave me the choice - either nurse a jaundice baby who needs heel pricks regularly. Or buy some formula. So off we went to the store! :) Keegan is also a kicker! He doesn't stop moving when he's "playing" on his playmat or laying on our bed. The doctor even noticed during his appointment how much he was wiggling. Keegan doesn't enjoy tummy time. He's pretty good at holding his head up when he's being held, but put him on his tummy and he just turns his head and lays there. Smart baby! Recently he's been a much better sleeper. We went from waking up 3-4 times a night to eat, to just 1-2. It's FABULOUS!!! Thanks Similac! :) He recognizes his Mommy, Daddy, and brother. He'll smile and wiggle when we come into his view. He's starting coo-ing and we've heard quite a few giggles in the past few days! We love our Keegan Chase!!
